We had a great experience ! Beautiful place ! Excellent services and very friendly staff. We loved everything! I recommend Trinco Blu Cinnamon for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. We especially appreciated all the staff members Trinco Blu Captains Deck and The Crab Restaurant. Rajinthan,Nirogen, Jacinta and Wijitha are special standouts for their courteous and friendly services. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job keeping our 3 rooms clean and tidy. Thumbs Up and Thank you All for the warm hospitality throughout our stay.

We have just stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel by the sea, the rooms were cool and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and spacious with everything needed for our break, great air con and towels water tea/coffee replenished daily, decent shower and toiletries, nice balcony overlooking the lovely pool gardens & beach/sea, the buffet is certainly plentiful and varied for breakfast & especially dinner, drinks a bit more pricier than other hotels we’ve stopped at on our tour but still reasonable compared to the UK, the food was delicious freshly prepared each day and something to suit all tastes & nationalities, staff friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble for them, there was music dancing & entertainment the first night and both nights a male duo sang & played music (they were very good), the grounds were well kept as was the hotel’s area of beach and the sand was golden, the only issue we had was there were plastic bottles rubbish etc on parts of the beach especially either side of the hotel resort - apparently it drifts onto the shore from the sea the rubbish is thrown out of the fishing nets and the authorities don’t clear it away :( but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Fab pool and plenty of room around the gardens for sunbeds as well as on the hotel’s section of the beach, a few hammocks too, we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms and services. The food was great and service was even better. Special shoutout to Jeyanthan, Mahesh, Niroshan, Rajinthan, Siva and Patrashash who were very kind to us and made all meal times very accomodating with their hospitality and great service.
