‘Water’ is a dark introspect into the tales of rural Indian widows at an ashram in India in the 1940s, and covers controversial subjects such as child marriage, misogyny and ostracism. Written and directed by Deepa Mehta. It is set in 1938 and. The film is also the third and final installment of Mehta's Elements trilogy. It was preceded by Fire (1996) and Earth (1998).

The event includes cocktails, dinner, and is hosted by Oscar Nominated Film Director & Producer, Deepa Mehta.

  • The screening will be from 5.30pm to 11.30pm on the 25th of April.
  • The ticket is inclusive of pre dinner cocktails and dinner.
  • Tickets are non transferable and non refundable.
  • Attendees must present a valid ticket (either printed or digital) for entry.
  • Attendees must be present at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the screening.
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
  • Photography and videography will not be allowed during the screening.
  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees during the event.
